ID REQUIREMENTS

All customers must show identification. Identification that is accepted includes:

  • State-issued ID card

  • Driver's license

  • Resident alien card

  • Passport

A minor must come to the studio with their parent or legal guardian. Should the legal guardian or parent share a different last name than the minor, paperwork must show that you are the parent, step-parent, adoptive parent, etc. Minors must also come with their birth certificate and school ID. For earlobe piercings, children must be at least five years of age.
