ID REQUIREMENTS

All customers must show identification. Identification that is accepted includes:

  • State-issued ID card

  • Driver's license

  • Resident alien card

  • Passport

Should a minor request a piercing, they must come to our studio with their parent or legal guardian and the necessary paperwork, which must show proof that you are the parent or legal guardian. Should you share a different last name than the minor, paperwork must be presented showing that you are the parent, step-parent, adoptive parent, etc. Minors must also come with their birth certificate and school ID. For earlobe piercings, children must be at least five years of age.
